**DayTIME RESTAURANT STAFF
In this role you will be cross trained to be able to run all areas of the kitchen and restaurant outside of the pitroom. We prefer to work as a team and family at Bobby’s and that means being able to cover all areas of responsibility. Some of the duties will include: cutting meat on the front line, working the register, taking call-in orders for catering jobs, prepping food for the week before we open, prepping sides during operating hours, cooking sides, refilling sauces, putting catering orders together, attending catered events, delivering catering jobs, managing stock and inventory, cleaning the dining room/restrooms, emptying trash, washing dishes, ETC. during down time you MIGHT also BE ASKED To help the PIT crew. Must maintain all food safety standards and requirements. COMPETITIVE pay for those with solid kitchen/restaurant experience
**Pit Crew – day shift & night shift
Responsible for all operations of the Pit Room. Trim briskets & ribs, prep and season meat, maintain proper smoker temps using wood, cook all meats on the smokers, manage time schedule of when to put meats on and take meats off the smokers, maintain all food safety standards, etc. This is a team environment, you will be cross trained and during down time you will also help with other restaurant duties such as washing dishes, prepping sides, cooking sides, refilling sauces, managing stock and inventory, cleaning the dining room/restrooms, emptying trash, etc.
**Part Time/High School Staff
In this role you will be our biggest helper! Your job is basically to help out with anything that might need done in the restaurant. This could include serving sides on the line, running the cash register, prepping sides or BBQ sauce, cooking sides, refilling sauces, managing stock and inventory, cleaning the dining room/restrooms, emptying trash, and assisting customers. Must maintain all food safety standards and requirements.
