Your whole brisket will come vacuum-sealed with instructions for reheating. Each brisket will weigh approximately 4.5-5.5 pounds and will serve 12-16 people. If you need double this amount, please select a quantity of "2", etc. *Original BBQ sauce will also be included with your order.
